Dixie is a 6 year old terrier mix. She is a little under 20 lbs.
She’s up to date on all her vaccines and is spayed.
Dixie is a wonderful dog. She is sweet and very gentle. She’s been owned by an elderly
woman who will be moving and unfortunately, can no longer care for her.
Dixie is a healthy dog, however she does have a history of seizures, and is therefore
on
two anti-seizure medications – Potassium Bromide and Phenobarbital. Both
medications total about $60 per month, and they are lifetime medications.
In addition to annual physicals
and vaccination boosters, Dixie will
intermittently need blood screenings to be
sure the levels of medication
in her system are appropriate.
